The equipment installation does not require
training to the Customer, since it is performed by LPE personnel.
Vice versa, at the first delivery, it is recommended a special training
concerning how to operate on the Epitaxial Reactor.

For the training is requested one room with one board and one overhead
projector.
During the training, the Epitaxial Reactor should be available, for direct
demonstration.

PE3061 Robots Training Program
|
This course is designed for technicians and engineers who will be performing
maintenance and process activities on Robots used on the reactor PE3061.
That class will provide to receive experience with preventive maintenance,
calibration and trouble shooting for the PRI Robots.
LPE will provide with all tools necessary and the robots station to perform
all maintenance during the training.
LPE will provide with all training manuals.
At the end of this period all applicants will receive the Training Course
Certificate.
